The fourth edition of Ekrani i Artit Film Festival was a fusion of documentary film, video art, and
experimental film. Launched as a selection of films from the Florentine film festival Lo Schermo
dell’arte, this edition brought together a diverse selection of films from Internationale
Kurzfilmtage Oberhausen, In Between Art Film, Protocinema and Albanian videoart.
Screenings took place in different courtyards around Shkodra, where public and private spaces
were interwoven with a traditional and contemporary atmosphere.
Special guests of the event were the choreographer Ernald Matoshi who performed in the
opening and closing nights and Cristina Cobianchi who presented the project All Boom Arte, an
edition on the community of emerging contemporary artists.
